Processing / fulfilment time
Most orders are fulfilled in 2–7 business days (this can vary by product and demand).

Shipping time
Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method. International delivery can range up to 3–20 business days after fulfilment depending on region and carrier.

Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, and Italy. All other destinations are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Customs / duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge for reshipping.
