How long does shipping take?
All ANARCRIS items are made to order. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days. After fulfillment, delivery times depend on your location. US and EU orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders can take up to 20 business days depending on destination and carrier.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, and Italy. All other destinations are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Because our items are printed and made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer preference. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong product, we will offer a free replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, the issue, and the packaging label.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress and cancellation may not be possible.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to local customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. For most of our main markets (US, EU, UK, Australia), individual apparel orders typically fall below the threshold where duties apply. Our Contrado products are shipped with customs duties paid to most countries.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both inches and centimeters. When in doubt, we recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing it to our size chart. Most of our products are true to size. Specific sizing notes are included in each product description.
What are your products made from?
We use a range of premium materials across our collection — from 100% organic cotton and heavyweight fleece blends to real silk satin. Full material details are listed on every product page.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes. Because every item is made to order, we produce zero waste from unsold inventory. Several of our products use organic cotton, recycled polyester, and OEKO-TEX certified fabrics. Our Contrado products are handmade in-house in London with minimal waste manufacturing.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order through the Shop app.
I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do?
Contact us at hello@anarcris.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, the issue, and the packaging label. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Where is ANARCRIS based?
ANARCRIS is independently owned and operated from Ireland. Our products are manufactured by expert production partners in the US, Europe, and the UK, and shipped directly to you from the nearest facility.
