Refund policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES 
ANARCRIS items are printed on demand after an order is placed. For this reason, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer preference.

DAMAGED / MISPRINTED / WRONG ITEM
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we will offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of: (1) the item, (2) the issue, and (3) the packaging label.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress and cancellation may not be possible.
